Description

Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water. After reconstitution, store product undiluted at 4oC in the dark. Once reconstituted, this product has a shelf life of approx. 18 months. For FACS analysis, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 μL. Mouse anti dog CD34 antibody, clone 1H6 recognizes the canine homologue of CD34, a glycosylated type 1 transmembrane protein of approximately 110 kDa (McSweeney et al. 1998) expressed on the cell suface of endothelial cells and haematopoietic stem cells.

CD34 Monoclonal antibody specifically detects CD34 in Canine samples. It is validated for Flow Cytometry.
