Description

In direct ELISAs, approximately 20% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Siglec-2 is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhSiglec-5, rhSiglec-7, rhSiglec-9, rhSiglec-10, recombinant mouse (rm) Siglec-3, and rmSiglec-F is observed. Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS. Endoxin level is <0.10 EU per 1 μg of the antibody by the LAL method.
