Description

MA5-16609 should not be used with MA5-16605 (mouse anti-canine CD3), in dual color flow cytometry, due to non-specific interactions between the two reagents. For FACS analysis, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 μL. Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water. After reconstitution, store product undiluted at 4oC in the dark. Mouse anti Canine CD21 antibody, clone CA2.1D6 recognizes canine CD21, also known as Complement receptor type 2. CD21 is a cell surface antigen expressed by canine B lymphocytes.

CD21 Monoclonal antibody specifically detects CD21 in Canine, Equine, Feline samples. It is validated for Flow Cytometry.
