PA1-746A detects cannabinoid receptor 2 (CB2) from human and rat tissues as well as transfected rat CB2. PA1-746A has been successfully used in WB, immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry (paraffin) and FACS procedures. Immunocytochemical staining of CB2 into AtT20 cells transfected with the rat CB2 gene with PA1-746 yields a pattern consistent with plasma membrane staining.
