In Western blots (under reducing and non-reducing conditions), approximately 20% cross-reactivity with the recombinant human (rh) ADAM9 Ectodomain is observed and no cross-reactivity with the Ectodomain of recombinant mouse ADAM10 and rhADAM8, 15, and 17 (TACE) is observed. Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
