Cancelling an Order

To cancel an order, contact customer service.

If you cancel your order prior to shipment, in other words if you cancel prior to the dispatch of your order, you will not be charged.

To cancel your order after it has been dispatched, but prior to it being delivered, you will need to contact Fisher Scientific Customer Services. In this case, please note you may be charged shipping and restocking fees.
